Visit of friends

We were waiting for their visit for a long time, ever since they have moved to England as well.
It was a really good weekend, although it went too fast for my liking.
Although it wasn't easy to handle the four boys at the same time, hats off for those who raise more than 2 kids, as even four of us were just about enough for the four kids.
The most heard sentences were like "Robiiiiiiiin, no! That is mine!" Robiiiiiiiiin, don't take that!" "Nooooooo, give it back!". All because he could steal toys from 3 children, not just from Benji. It is quite funny though, the way he approaches his victim slowly, then quickly snatches what he wants, then he legs it as fast as his chunky legs allows him to laughing. Then as a rugby player lies on the toy so noone can take it away from him again.
He was so wound up that he couldn't fall asleep on Friday night, had to bring him into our bed at 2am, as he didn't want to stay in his own bed. Even like this, he only had 5 hours sleep.
On Saturday we ventured into Birmingham, though we had to admit defeat as there were way too many people in there due to the Christmas market and we couldn't push the pushchair around.
On Sunday we went into Tamworth, and had a play at the playground and a look in the castle. Benji really enjoyed playing with Simon at the playground, although the rest of the weekend he played with Abel, despite he is 7.5 and Simon is almost 3. Somehow he likes older kids. Abel was a hero to take this little fellow continuously following him everywhere.
It is really shame that we can't get together more often, poor Benji was really disappointed on Monday morning when he woke up and realised they are not there anymore.
Although it was funny when meeting Roy, our famously deaf neighbour the day after. He usually listens to his TV very loud and always apologizes for it. He again said to us in the morning that he hopes he didn't disturbed us with his loud TV. Richard said, no, not at all, we had friends at ours anyway. He said "Oh yes, I have heard..." :-), Him, who can't even hear when we say hello to him from one meter. :-)
