We have been in Hungary

Unfortunately we won't be able to travel to Hungary for a while as I won't be able to fly pregnant again and with two little ones I will only be daring to fly when the youngest Laker is about 2-3 months old, so around end of October. Far far far away...Therefore I was really looking forward for this week in Budapest, planned many things, but of course nothing went according to plan.
Even the start of our journey started with bad luck as a poor old lady got a stroke during take off and we had to be diverted to Amsterdam where ambulance took her away and she was already feeling better, she didn't even want to get off the plane. Us however were stranded at Schipol for about two hours waiting for our next slot to take off. And being Ryanair of course they refused to give me or Benji any water despite asking for it 4 times and I wanted to buy it. Scandalous I think...
But in the end we arrived home 2 hours late with a tired child and a dragon pregnant woman.
My poor Benji got a cold just before our journey and his throat must have hurt as he refused to eat anything. He even refused the jolly joker semolina. And thats how it continued for four days. He kept a liquid diet, only drunk his morning and evening formula and some fruit juice during the day. So so difficult to watch this as a parent, especially during a 4 day bank holiday when all doctors closed.
We still went down to Akasztó to my parents country house to be able to see Dénes and Zsuzsi as next time we meet there will be 4 little ones instead of 2 and will be even more difficult to organise anything.
Unfortunately by the second day I fell ill as well so the long awaited swimming and taking the kids to the lake has been missed and I rather spent the day in the cool house or sleeping with Benji.
Unfortunately the rest of the week gone rather similarly, I couldn't meet friends with children as didn't want them to get this cold, but luckily met with Dora and could see Sophie's ten week old, smiley Zsanna too.
Last Friday we managed to go to the zoo too with mum, it was good, Benji liked the animals, especially the seals and a little bird in the playground which was jumping around us.
Luckily the way home was much better and ever since then I am trying to recover and hoping that someone will sort my Dad's workplace out soon so they will be able to come for Benji's 2nd birthday...

Daddy and Nagypapi went fishing, Daddy managed to caught two massive carps (my poor cousin who only jumped out to get a coke) and of course Benji had to admire it:

Nagyi's hedgehog cake which looked like more of a flat fish...
Benji will be a gardener for sure. He loves being in any garden, planting, but moreover watering the flowers again and again:

On the way to the zoo:

He was saying to poor maki: "miau there, miau there!"

In the end at home in his own bed, after a good 3 hours afternoon nap:
