Santa has visited us

Yes, again, we keep this Hungarian/German tradition, that on 6th of December (On Saint Nicholas day) Santa visits children, and brings little chocolates, presents into their boots in the window. Not giving other's presents, its clearly just your own children, and only small things. I like it, because it is keeping some magic in their life, as they beleive that there is a Santa who brings presents to your boots while you are sleeping.
I love that Benji remembered from last year, and was asking for it, when can he put his boots into the window, so Santa worked as a blackmailing tool for a while now, it was enough to say that Santa can see everything, and if he doesn't behave he won't have presents. He made sure that I registered all his good moves as well, for example if he gave a kiss to Robin, he looked at me and asked: "Can Santa see this as well?" "Of course he can Benji".
So on the day, he was really excited and both him and Robin got a cloth and they needed to shine their boots, so Santa could spot them in the window from the sky. We put them in their window, and while they were having dinner downstairs, "Santa" has filled their boots, so they were really happy when they spotted the gifts in the boots before going to bed. We had to look out the window quickly as well to see if we can still see Santa's carriage. I loved Benji's excited face, and that I could see he really thinks about it. I love it. Such a magical, innocent time of their life...

Busy cleaning boots
Just to be sure, Robin mopped up as well
