Writes, reads and counts, and of course talks and talks 24h a day (ok at night not all the time)
Benji had his 2nd parent evening at school, no worries with him, we found out that he likes counting, and can not tell that he is a summer child and a boy as he is at the same level as his peers.
Miss Rogers reassured us that he has friends, she knows that he doesn't like new situations and takes time to accustom himself but he definitely has friends.
No worry with him which is good. But I noticed at home that nowadays he really enjoys writing, and spelling. He gets upset though if I correct him how not to spell something.
Robin also started to realise that there is difference between english and hungarian. Last weekend the first time he translated something. I gave him some kind of finger food, but he looked at me and asked for "spoon", which sounded more like "poo", so I didnt understand what he wanted, so just told him "I don't understand, just eat it". He looked down, concentrated, then looked back up again and asked for "Kanál" (in hungarian). So proud of him, he is getting more and more clever too, and asks if Daddy says something what does Mami says, and keeps repeating.
We also had the class's Strawberry the dinosaur to look after the weekend and had to document what she has done with us. Good job we had the Easter disco to went to....plus Strawberry helped us win the 1st prize in the raffle.
